Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- You can cancel orders from ‘Orders’ tab in ‘My account’ page.
- Cancellation requests after shipping has begun cannot be honored.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Processing Fees
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund for canceled orders.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions
- We do not accept returns or refunds for orders already shipped or delivered.
- Damaged or defective items may qualify for a replacement (see our Terms & Conditions for details).
